This piano was designed by the celebrated architect/designer M.H. Baillie Scott, and is known as the "Manxman" model. These pianos were a part of the Cottage Upright Piano Collection by Broadwood during this era, and they are exceedingly rare today, especially in America. The piano is made of beautiful oak, and all of the hardware is original and intact. Note the amazing functional hinges across the front of the instrument and the delicate original candle sconces inside next to the music holder! The piano has had an older restoration, and it plays exceptionally well. A matching stool is included.
