Instrument Description
This piano was built by the Lakeside Piano Company around 1912, and is made of beautiful "Tiger Oak" wood. This style of piano is loosely called "Country Victorian" because although it has some elegant late Victorian carvings, it's overall appearance is less formal than the traditional Victorian pianos. Oak pianos are much less common than mahogany or walnut, and they are in high demand today. This piano will be a beautiful light oak color after restoration, and by all accounts will make a wonderful sounding instrument. It comes with a matching antique oak piano stool, and can be fitted with the computerized player mechanisms if desired.
