Steinway was established in 1853, and they have built pianos consistently since then. This piano was built by Steinway in 1872, and is just stunning. This cabriole leg style Steinway is among the rarest and most desirable vintage pianos in the world today. This instrument is shown has been restored to like new condition, including a new action, new strings, pins, etc. The ivory keyboard and soundboard are perfect, and have been restored rather than replaced. This piano plays like a new piano! A matching antique stool is included. This piano is the rarest among the rare.
