Instrument Description

This beautiful square grand was built by the firm of William Miller in New York City about 1855. William Miller built very well made pianos, and specialized in customized carved piano cases for other manufacturers. This piano is made of stunning Brazilian Rosewood and is adorned with beautiful Mother Of Pearl inlay and pure Abalone keys! This piano was built to be placed in the center of a room because all four sides are finished and carved. Note the lovely scalloped case and ornate moldings. This piano is being completely restored to like new condition, inside and out. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
