Instrument Description
This is a lovely Louis XV Style baby grand piano from the Shaw Piano Company. Shaw pianos were built and sold by the Charles M. Stieff Piano Company, one of the finest piano makers in America. This piano is made of beautifully carved walnut wood with elegantly carved Louis XV style legs and moldings. Note the unusual vertical grain wood on the cabinet, giving the piano an overall elegant and more "modern" (almost Art Deco) appearance. This piano is being restored to like new condition inside and out. A matching Louis XV style bench is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
